对正常接收Parier治疗的患者，在正常门诊随诊或病房查房时，医生根据Parier治疗安全性调查表检查患者用药后的安全性。药物不良事件是患者自发汇报的不良事件，医生不要诱导患者。只有患者自发汇报出可能的不良事件后，医生再进一步了解症状的时间、性质、严重程度、采取的措施、与Parier治疗的相关性评定以及了解症状的转归。
